The full studio
Run a full production from one address: shoot in Studio One, record the podcast or stills in Studio Two, and use the green room and production office throughout.
Kit & crew
All rates are for exclusive use of the space stated. Cumbria Film Studios is operated by NEXI Media Ltd, which is not currently VAT registered — there is no VAT to add to any of the prices above. Custom production packages are available on request.
Exclusive use of the studio you have booked, along with access to the green room and the production office. Free parking on site is included. Camera, lighting and grip packages are charged separately.
Both give you the studio and the full three-camera equipment setup for two hours. At £250 we provide a podcast producer who mixes the show live on the switcher while you record. At £150 you take the space and the kit and bring your own producer.
Yes. The full studio rate is £600 per day and covers Studio One, Studio Two, the green room and the production office — useful when you are running a multi-strand shoot or a production that needs somewhere to retreat to.
No. NEXI Media Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so the published price is the price you pay.
Absolutely. Plenty of clients hire the space alone and bring everything else. If you would rather not, our kit packages and crewing service are there.
Yes — our crewing service helps you source experienced local crew for your shoot, which usually works out cheaper and easier than bringing a team into the region.
Yes, from either studio. Mention it when you enquire so we can set it up ahead of the day.
